Water Cooled Chiller

Water cooled chiller sometimes named water-cooled Chiller or water to water chiller is one kind of water chillers.

Water cooled chiller designed and manufactured by TopChiller consists of compressor, water-cooled shell and tube type condenser, shell and tube condenser or stainless steel water tank coil or stainless steel plate heat exchanger as the evaporator and water pump.

There are different types of evaporators for closed loop or open loop requirements depending on the needs of water chiller end users and different water chiller applications.

All water cooled chillers manufactured by TopChiller uses world famous refrigeration brand spare parts like Danfoss expansion valve, Schneider contactor, and overload relay, Alco dryer filter, and solenoid valve to ensure this water cooled chiller runs without any problem.

The most difference between air cooled chiller and water cooled chiller is: water cooled chiller must work together with water cooling tower and cooling pumps.

The normal cooling capacity of this water-cooled chiller is from 9.5KW to 236KW (2Ton to 80Ton). The water-cooled chiller models from TopChiller varies from AW-3W to AW-60WF. And the chiller temperature is adjustable with controlling range from 7℃ to 30℃.
